The house had been neglected for years, it’s layout fractured by dark corridors and disconnected rooms. Mariah approached the renovation by reworking the flow, introducing arched openings where walls once closed the house in and reshaping the plan to better suit a family of four.

The kitchen was relocated and rebuilt with carefully designed custom millwork, and French doors were added to create a new dining area in what had previously been an overlooked side yard. Every decision was made with daily family life in mind, down to an edible garden hand-selected by Mariah to bring beauty and intentionality to the outdoor spaces.
