Returns & Exchanges:
Because many of our pieces are vintage or custom-made, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. We encourage clients to reach out before purchasing with any questions about condition, scale, or fit.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@chezmoilosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

5. Design Services

For interior design, color, or consultation services:

  • All proposals, estimates, and creative materials are proprietary.

  • Payment terms, deliverables, and schedules are defined in the individual service agreement.

  • Mariah O’Brien Interiors reserves ownership of design concepts and drawings until final payment is received.
