INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
What types of projects does Mariah O’Brien Interiors take on?
We design private residences, vacation homes, and select commercial spaces. Each project is unique, but our approach is consistent—balancing historic character with modern ease, and creating spaces that feel both soulful and functional.
Where are you based, and do you take projects outside California?
Our studio is based in Los Angeles, but we happily collaborate with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Travel and remote design consultations can be arranged for out-of-area projects.
Do you offer hourly consultations or color guidance?
Occasionally - Yes. We offer design consultations for architectural finishes, paint palettes, and furniture layouts. It’s a great way to receive professional guidance without committing to a full-scale project. If you have an inquiry email us at moidesignsinc@gmail.com and add “Request for Hourly Consultation” to the Subject.
How do I start a design project?
Please reach out through our Contact Page Form with a brief overview of your space, goals, and timeline. Once we review your submission, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss next steps.
CHEZ MOI — FURNITURE & BESPOKE PIECES
What is Chez Moi?
Chez Moi is Mariah’s retail studio devoted to curated vintage and bespoke furniture and home goods. Each piece is personally selected or designed by Mariah to embody the same timeless, collected, lived-in beauty found in her interiors.

Are all items one-of-a-kind?
Many are. Vintage and antique pieces are typically one-of-one, while bespoke furniture designs can often be customized by material or finish.
Do you ship large furniture?
Yes. We partner with trusted freight and white-glove delivery companies across the U.S. to ensure every piece arrives safely. International shipping may be available upon request.
Can I view items in person?
Yes. Select pieces are available to view by appointment at our Los Angeles showroom. Please email us to schedule a visit.

Do you restock items?
Most Furniture and Vintage items are unique and available only once, but we update our collection regularly. Follow us on Instagram @mariahobrieninteriors for new arrivals and exclusive finds. Smaller artisanal pieces are restocked regularly.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for unworn, unused items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Vintage, sale, and bespoke pieces are final sale.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger items, custom furniture, and freight deliveries will have their own timelines noted in the product description.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping for smaller goods. For larger pieces, please email us for a custom quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.
Are all sales final?
All vintage, antique, bespoke, and sale items are final sale. We do accept returns for eligible clothing and small objects as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Do you collaborate with other designers or brands?
Yes. Mariah occasionally partners with like-minded creatives, artisans, and design houses. To propose a collaboration, please email moidesignsinc@gmail.com
Do you offer trade pricing or designer discounts?
We review trade requests on a case-by-case basis. Please include your business credentials and resale certificate when inquiring.
Can I feature Mariah’s work in a publication or editorial?
