Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom furniture and made-to-order pieces will have unique lead times noted in their product descriptions.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the continental United States via trusted carriers. Large furniture items may ship through a third-party freight service or white-glove delivery partner.
You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We currently ship select smaller items internationally. Please contact shop@chezmoilosangeles.com for a custom quote before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Freight deliveries will be invoiced separately and coordinated with our team to ensure safe, timely arrival.
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items
All vintage and antique pieces are final sale. Variations in patina, texture, and wear are part of their history and are noted in product descriptions to the best of our ability.
Custom & Bespoke Items
Custom furniture and made-to-order designs are non-returnable once production has begun.
Clothing, Accessories & Small Goods
We accept returns of unworn, unused items with original tags within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Please email shop@chezmoilosangeles.com for return authorization before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be packed securely in their original materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Additional Notes
We cannot accept returns on discounted, sale, or “as-is” pieces.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier operations and weather conditions.
Mariah O’Brien Interiors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
